This is very disappointing! A waste of time. I’ve been waiting for more than 20 minutes only to be told na close kayo today. I have followed every step sa pagbook with you. You even sent a confirmation email to secure my booking day before ng booking tapos wala pala today. Nagpapasecure kayo ng down payment just to make sure your time will not be wasted pero pagkayo ang nagcancel on the day at 20 mins after the appointment schedule okay lang? That is so unprofessional. Pagoras namin masayang okay lang?
